AACR2 abbreviations in 260$a, and never transcribes postal codes.
SLC's "Que." and "Eng." are not AACR2 abbreviations.

$c SLC supples as per AACR2 although CONSER does not require.

362 Numbering
Contrary to AACR2, and following CONSER, use "Unformated style"
even if issue one is consulted.
Use indicator value "1" (Unformated). with format "Began with [Vol.
and issue no.> ([year>), or "Began in [date>.
Examples:
362 1 $aBegan with Vol. 7, no. 001 (2005).
362 1 $aBegan in 1998; ceased in 2002.
362 1 $aCeased with Vol. 10, no. 10 (2009).
When the print version began earlier than the electronic
version, the 362 should refer to the print version. Probably this is
because the holdings of the electronic version are likely to expand
to include earlier issues as time goes on.
Sometimes that starting date and issue may be difficult to find. Note
that if you have uncertainly about the earliest issues you can just enter
a year or a year with a question mark. So, some examples might be:
362 1 $aBegan with Vol. 1, no. 1 (1986).
362 1 $aBegan in 1986.
362 1 $aBegan in 1986?
362 1 $aBegan with Vol. 7, no. 001 (2005); ceased with Vol. 9, no. 004
(2007).
362 1 $aBegan in 1998; ceased in 2002.
Transcribe data as found (standard abbreviations may be used)
Required if known
